Instructions
Add matcha powder, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and hot water to a mug or bowl.
Whisk until smooth.
Warm the milk in a separate cup, then froth it.
Add matcha mix to a serving mug if using a bowl.
Pour frothed milk over matcha, then stir.
Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve while hot.
Notes
Any plant-based milk will work, but creamier milks will froth better (like cashew, macadamia, oat milk).
For less sweet, use less maple syrup.
Can pour over ice in a mason jar and shake for an iced latte.
